Fire rips through R-1 building of Camp Alagar, home of the PNP regional headquarters in Cagayan de Oro last Thursday. The blaze, which was caused by electrical short circuit, damaged around P200,000 in properties and burned personnel documents, police and fire officials say. (Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro/Joey P. (Cepalco) against the Cagayan de Oro City Government for an ordinance levying taxes on electric poles.
