5 girls, ages 8-14, paid to pose naked for cyber sex
A woman wanted for estafa in Dipolog City was caught forcing six young girls, including her daughter, to pose naked in front of a web camera in her house in Minglanilla town, Cebu.
Minglanilla police were out to serve a warrant for estafa on Jedeka Martinez, 44, last Sunday, but they never thought of finding her engaged in Internet child pornography in her bedroom.
The arrest warrant was issued by Municipal Trial Court in Cities in Dipolog.
The children, ages eight to 14, are Martinez’s neighbors in Sitio Ba-yong, Barangay Candu-lawan. The five girls, who are cousins, were reportedly lured to pose naked since May 23 for P200.
Trafficking in Persons or violation of Section 4 of Republic Act 9203 was filed against Martinez yesterday afternoon at the Cebu Provincial Prose-cutor’s Office.

SPO3 Remegio Elacion, the chief investigator, said the operatives found six children, including Marti-nez’s daughter, inside the bedroom.
In her sworn statement, the 14-year-old girl said last Sunday she was outside her house with her 12-year-old cousin when the other cousins, ages eight and nine, came telling them that Martinez, whom they addressed as “Mommy”, wanted to see the them.
In Martinez’s house, the five girls (name withheld being minors) were told to take off their clothes in exchange for P200 and warned not to tell anyone, especially their parents.
Shy
Because they felt shy and were reluctant, Martinez ordered her daughter to take off her clothes so they would follow.
The 14-year-old girl said that while they were all naked, Martinez kept adjusting the web camera, as they went around the room and made different poses.
The girls said they saw themselves naked in the suspect’s computer monitor.
In their separate statements, the older girls, ages 14 and 12, said the suspect failed to give them money because the police had arrived to arrest her.
The younger girls said they received P65 in all from Martinez. (AIV)
